It's good!

Our city is becoming more and more attractive for students from abroad. In an exchange only at UJ 500 foreigners will slowly come to Krakow foreign students under the Erasmus exchange. Although the origins are not always the easiest, the capital of Malopolska acts on them like a magnet because of the low cost of living, lush and student life ... the weather. Erasmus is a European project that allows students to travel abroad for part of their studies in the framework of agreements between individual universities. The program involved all member states of the European Union plus Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Turkey. To participate in the exchange, students must a year earlier to complete an application and demonstrate good results in science. Then receive a scholarship that covers part of the cost of departure. The exchange usually lasts one semester, although sometimes you can extend your stay for an additional six months. The Erasmus program involved a number of Krakow universities. Most students arrive at the Jagiellonian University. This year, their arrival at the winter semester declared as many as 500 foreigners. Many students from abroad also come to the University of Economics - nearly 150 University of Science and Technology - including about 150 and Cracow University of Technology - about 160. He says Magdalena Krasowska University of Economics, the majority of students are coming to Krakow from Germany, France and Spain. Krakow is an attractive city for foreign students mainly because it is cheap, "student", and in the winter ... the snow-covered. He says Krzysztof Byrski from the Jagiellonian University, the university annually prepares a number of courses in English, in which they can participate in both Polish students, as well as those from abroad. Similarly, other universities act As you can see Cracow doing very well with Erasmus at home in the city it has a great impact on city infrastructure and broadens the horizons of people.

Erasmus in Krakow

During their stay in Krakow as in most big cities I meet up with a lot of visitors thus a lot the city can be called a student cities. I've never had the opportunity to participate in such meetings. A what? Well laid on the meetings in the people who come to Erasmus. We can not always recognize the appearance or the person came just like that explore whether there is an exchange student. Nevertheless, I lived in Krakow had to deal with many people who did not express the desire of living in the premises they are dormitories because they were not there too often taken seriously as a result - flat in some guest rooms or suites allowed complete freedom for people with that they face. Why am I writing about? Because it is well aware that people who come to Erasmus to Krakow have problems with acclimate to the new place especially if we take account of large cities and the frequent reluctance of residents to foreigners. In addition, it is worth mentioning about Expat or service allows you to faster zaklimatyzowanie in a new place. We have a feast, so contrary to appearances, let us show a little bit of love! :)

Garden experience

After crossing the gate of the Garden and ticketing guided into the heart of the Garden first position is the prism that creates the sunlight beautiful rainbow. It is dozens of times larger than prisms school, built of Plexiglas, inside of which is a gliceryna.Po splitting white light can direct steps to shield Newton, where we can get the opposite effect. Color, stationary blade becomes white at a speed of 1800 rpm. A few steps further and we are in a huge kaleidoscope of ... arrangement of mirrors, as in the popular toy - at an angle of 60 degrees, but color slides shortage. We are for us. We create an object that is subject to multiple reflections. If you have not had the opportunity this check looks like the back of our head, or to barber is performing as we expect. And we go further because you can not long withstand the crowd sobowtórów.Świat begins to surprise us more and more, and this is just the beginning. Each device presents one or more of physical phenomena, and the objective never relies on a "press a button and watch." Gong heavily hit will not sound interesting, but multiple, subtle impact lead to the summation of acoustic waves giving you great, moody efekt.Przy another post we can make the creation of a whirlpool and observe its unique behavior that stems from cranking speed. priceless may be a reflection on the way out of such a whirl. As an additional offer, we also hanging on the gyro or the ball is rolling in Zorba (offer extra). For groups we have special workshops on various subjects, and on weekends take place interesting events, which announced in the news are available at our new site.

Place for accommodation

1. HotelIt is most convenient, but also the most expensive option. the hotel is almost always a sure thing but in a European capital prices start from a few dozen euros per night. If you plan a whole day to explore, and the rooms to spend only nights, it is worth considering whether we really need the conditions of 4 stars :)On http://www.booking.com/ is a huge database of hotels and not only :) reservation over the internet and a lot of opinion on the subjects. It should bury :) Because even a hotel in the center can spot a very good price - much different from the one on the official website hotel.

2. HostelContrary to many fantasies very cool option. Usually a lot cheaper than a hotel. Often located in the city center or in the near distance. And contrary to popular opinion often pure and rooms with fewer beds than 10 :) Consider this option when you are holidaying larger group.
3. Hiring a private room or apartment. If you are open minded and like to meet new people you should also look for peace with someone. An interesting option is also renting the whole apartment. Often you can rent them for a week or a month. However, it pays off when we leave at least 4 people. In Barcelona is the cost of 2,000 thousand per week - which is hoping for 4 people, out of 500 zł :) as the Polish seaside. Additionally, you may decide to guest rooms it's cheap accomodation or suites. With this, the vacation flats is like a cottage - the most cost-effective if we rent it further to a group of otherwise might variously priced out.

How to pack?

Forewarned is forearmed, the principle applies also to prepare to leave. No matter where we go on vacation, even if they are warm countries with guaranteed high temperature, consider packing a suitcase something for colder weather, eg. A sweater or jacket. Also I advise to always remember the unexpected situations that may happen during the trip.
How to pack? The ability to assemble garments on vacation without the risk of excess luggage charges also applies to art proper arrangement of things in the suitcase. To streamline the often arduous process should ensembles, divided into batches and then layer them packing. Contrary to appearances, from receipt of the ankle is better suited to the method of rolling clothes and laying them side by side.First, we put the suitcase on the bottom of the heaviest and thickest stuff, eg. Shoes, leather Ramones, beautician, or books. Airy and lighter blouses or dresses put at the end. If you do not want to leave to start from the laundry, take your shoes and cosmetics pack earlier in separate plastic bags. In this way we will avoid unexpected dirt. Rolling in turn protect our wardrobe crease. Why bother pressing during the holidays
How to save money?
Savings in travel can be divided into:• Saving on transport (cheaper fuel, cheap, last minute)• Saving for accommodation (budget hotel)• Saving on food, entries, etc.
Cheaper tickets and last minute is really about the river and the most suitable for this purpose are low-cost travel sites. But I would like to focus today looking for cheap accommodation. Speaking of guestrooms is their most commercially and here referred not only Polish but also foreign offers, although becoming increasingly fashionable look for a cheap apartment, which is based on a large number of people can come out just like standard rooms. Therefore, we first review the Internet offers and only think about the destination.

Preparing for a trip

Think carefully about where you go and what would you do there. Do not indulge in thoughts like "just in case" because typically sport away not be useful to the pin, and the sea in the middle of summer will not be so cold to take 10 sweaters and a winter coat. Make a list of needed items, preferably imagining all your holiday day. Remember also where you will chose whether they are vacation flats where you have everything or maybe standard rooms with a kitchen on the entire floor. Why? Because renting luxury old town apartments do not have to worry about the kitchen, wardrobe, accessories of all kinds and we have everything under his breath. Deciding on standard  cheap accommodation we have to pack together cups, cutlery etc. Think of what will be needed in the morning to the toilet, which for the expedition mountaineering etc. Once the basic list add niezbędniki type: phone charger, a rain jacket etc. When packing beautician to try to put it as many types of products 2in1 or 3in1. This is a considerable saving space, if instead of three bottles will pack only one, and our luggage did not become monstrously heavy. Money always pack at least two places, eg. For handbags and suitcases. As a result, if you lose one of these things, you do not remain entirely without resources. If you pack your suitcase clothes easily crushing to powkładaj them into suitcases thoroughly complex. Interspersed best individual clothes thin tissue paper, so that you minimize the degree of wrinkles.

Can they check- in in hotels / guesthouses (I know that hostels are not the problem)? I one more thing ... Who is responsible, and what, if anything happens while Youth Solo Traveler without a guardian (personal injury, theft, etc) ".Replies: Jacek Sonta, Head of Communications and Public Relations of the Ministry of Interior and AdministrationApplicable in Poland, the law does not prohibit minors traveling alone. It pays to pay attention to the technology. 43 Road Traffic Act, which states that a child up to 7 years, the road can only under the supervision of a person who has reached the age of at least 10 years to use. This provision does not apply to the residential area. In addition, a child under the age of 15, along a road after dark outside built-up is required to use reflective elements in a manner visible to other road users. These provisions do not concern exclusively for pedestrians one street. The law does not apply the use of public transport under 18 ban that. Preparation for the road

Ok ... So we really made us what we need to be able to travel from me even on weekends.First try to see the weather - in order to know what to pack. The farther, the better choose warm and light clothing - unless we stay in the Caribbean. But seriously ... When you go to private places, rural tourism is worthwhile with them almost everything - most of these places is not designed for customer service with minimal luggage. Personally, I always choose apartments where I have access to a large amount of towels in the room waiting for me with fresh linens, towels and a hairdryer and toiletries. Similarly, I had the apartment in Krakow, where everything was waiting for me - and I felt like at home.Besides clothes should I packed extra-convenient! a pair of shoes, lingerie store line a backpack. As for me, traveling around the cities of charm receives baggie everything.
